Acceptance

Using plumberkyle.com, the Onion Creek Plumbing website run by Onion Creek Plumbing (“we”, “our”) of 226 Weldon Johnson Way, Kyle, TX 78640, or dialling the number it displays, means you agree to the conditions below. If they are not acceptable to you, stop using the site.

Our role

We run an advertising and referral website. A call to the displayed number is passed to a separate plumbing company that operates independently of us. We do not carry out repairs and we are not your plumber. That company chooses whether to accept the job and sets its own conditions.

Work, pricing and availability

• Any contract for plumbing work is made solely between you and the plumbing company, not with us.
• That company answers for the work and what it charges. Raise questions about pricing, and anything else you care about, before you approve the job.
• Material on this site is general information. It is not a quotation, and it cannot replace an on-site inspection.
• Whether same-day service is possible hinges on the fault, the hour you call and the company.

Information and safety

Pages describe plumbing faults in broad terms and include safety advice. Gas, electrical and plumbing systems carry real danger. On smelling gas, exit the building and phone your gas company or 911 from outdoors. This site is no substitute for emergency services.

Proper use

Do not abuse the site, disrupt it, harvest its pages in bulk with automated tools, or use it to place fraudulent, hostile or false calls.

Ownership of content

Text, layout and images on the site are ours or belong to other rights holders. Viewing and printing for personal use is fine; any other reproduction needs our written consent.

External sites

Links to suppliers, city offices and other websites are offered as a convenience. Those sites are outside our control, and we answer for none of their content.

Limits on what we promise

The site and what it says are supplied “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that a plumbing company will be free at a given time or place.

Liability

As far as the law permits, we accept no responsibility for indirect or consequential loss linked to using the site, nor for what any plumbing company does, fails to do, or charges. These terms do not exclude any liability that the law forbids excluding.

Applicable law

Texas law applies to these terms.

Revisions

We may revise these terms at any time. By carrying on using the site after a revision, you accept the new version.
